Introducing Taproom Only, a hard seltzer conditioned on Peruvian lime juice and Himalayan Pink Sea Salt that’s, you guessed it, taproom only. If you wanna give it a try, you’ll have to… you guessed it again… come to the taproom to try it out.
Introducing Non-Beernary, a v. limited collaboration with Deviant Minds, is a hard seltzer conditioned on fresh watermelon juice and basil that’s making its debut at Pride Dabbler on Friday, June 24th. $1 of every pour of Non-Beernary hard seltzer in the taproom will be donated to Deviant Minds.

As much as we tout words like “future”, “innovation”, and saying “What’s a ‘style guidelines?’”, we’d be nowhere without the rich history of the beer industry. We’ll continue to push the boundaries of your beer experience, but it’s also important to preserve the radiant history that built us, while also modifying it ‘cause that’s just on brand.
Introducing Radiant Preserve, our Apricot Peach Saison brewed with Barke pilsner malt, malted white wheat, flaked oats, flaked rye & spelt malt, then conditioned on apricot & peach. With a crushable 5.2% the beer won’t be the only thing radiant.
Radiant Preserve will be making its debut in the taproom on Saturday, June 25th and will begin to make its way to liquor stores beginning Tuesday, June 28th.
Having beers that come around once in a blue moon is like having a child that only comes home once in a blue moon except the beer is nothing like a child and the beer is nothing like a blue moon. In fact, this analogy doesn’t work at all.
Welcome back the heavily requested DOUBLE F&#*@*&$ DREAMYARD. This award-winning DDH Double New England IPA was brewed with oats & wheat malt, hopped & double dry hopped with our hand-selected Citra, Citra Cryo, Sultana & Sultana Cryo. At 8.5% ABV, you’ll be dreaming about yards twice as much as you normally do.
Double Dreamyard will be making its debut in the taproom on Saturday, June 25th and will begin to make its way to liquor stores beginning Tuesday, June 28th.
We’ve teamed up with Kurt Waltenbaugh, one of our Modist Makers, to create this one of a kind beer. This uber limited edition bottle release incorporates Kurt’s love of storytelling with his intrigue of complex beers. This is truly an adventurous tale: with a start, an in-between, a long unstructured, chaotic pause, and a finish. We’re currently living in the start, and while the rest of the beer sits in barrels (chaotic pause), we’ll wait at least a year for the finale.
Introducing Between The Times, our Cinnamon Hazelnut Imperial Porter, a Modist x Kurt Waltenbaugh collaboration, brewed with Maris Otter pale ale malt, brown malt, Heritage crystal malt, and chocolate malts. Conditioned on Ceylon cinnamon, hazelnuts and Ghana cocoa nibs. ABV: 12%
Between The Times bottles will be released at 9 am on Saturday 6/4 and will be available on tap at noon.
Policy: Order via our online store on Saturday 6/4 at 9 am. (Website does not have cart protection). It will then go on tap in the taproom at noon. All pre-purchased bottles must be picked up (proxies allowed) on Saturday or Sunday, June 4th & 5th during taproom hours. All bottles not picked up over the weekend will be refunded and put back into our inventory and will be available for purchase on Tuesday, June 7th via our online store and in the taproom.

Introducing Chill Chill Chill Chill Chill, ournewCold IPA brewed with pilsner malt, flaked corn, hopped and dry hopped with strata, simcoe and cryo sultana fermented and lagered with our house lager yeast strain. ABV: 6%
Chill Chill Chill Chill Chill will be released in the taproom on Saturday, April 9th and will begin to floating to liquor stores on Tuesday, April 12th. Check back on Tuesday for the local delivery schedule.
Blog: Real fake news: New trend in brewing is to add sarcasm to the mash to make the hops extra dry. Real news: Modist is releasing our new flagship beer that truly embodies the Modist spirit. We’re taking traditional styles and putting a Modist twist on it. Hence the lack of space in “WestCoast”. Pulling from the traditional but adding a bit of a 21st century sparkle.
Introducing TEAL LABEL, our WestCoast IPA brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale malt, kettle hopped and dry hopped with our hand selected Columbus Cryo, Simcoe, Strata & Citra.

Rich in history, Bock has been around since the 14th century. Why are goats portrayed on Bock labels a majority of the time, you ask? When the citizens of Munich pronounced the name of this beer it was loosely translated to “billy goat”. Well, like an old omen that stands the test of time, so do puns. We’ll be Bock.
Introducing Olde Omen, our Bock brewed with a blend of heritage German Munich Malts, long boiled for color and flavor, kettle hopped with Sultana and then lagered. ABV: 6.5%
Olde Omen is available online, in the taproom, and will set out on its quest to liquor stores TODAY

Collaboration New England Triple IPA brewed with Maris Otter pale ale malt, Bohemian pilsner malt, malted wheat and flaked oats. Hopped and double dry hopped with Blackstack’s selected Cashmere, our own select Citra, Strata, Sultana and Cryo El Dorado. With a predictable ABV 10%.
