This is the time of the year that some Minnesotans look forward to the most, the Minnesota State Fair! Everyone’s making their list of crazy beers and various foods on sticks to try. This year we didn’t just make one beer for the Great Minnesota Get-Together, we made two! That’s right, two! (We know, we’re so crazy.) Well, make sure to add Blue Macaron Pastry Lager and Trippple Orange Smoothie Sour to that list that is fer sure really extensive.
Both beers are exclusively found at our friends, The Ball Park Cafe, so make sure to navigate through the crowds over there and get these beers before they’re gone!
MN Brew Together: Blue Macaron Pastry Lager, in collaboration with both The Ball Park Cafe & Humble Forager, is brewed with pilsner malt, almonds, milk sugar, marshmallows, vanilla bean, lemon, coconut and blue spirulina and 5.0% ABV.
Trippple Orange Smoothie Sour, made in collaboration with The Ball Park Cafe Trippple Orange Smoothie Sour is brewed with malted barley, wheat malt, tangerine, Cara Cara orange, blood orange and vanilla bean.
We’ve made a lot of IPAs in the past. But what makes a great one? The right malts? Dank hops? Giving your yeast a bigger buffet than Old Country Buffet? (Are those still around?) Well, we think we have it dialed in and you’re going to want to take notes on this new IPA.
Introducing Noteworth, a New England IPA brewed with 2-row barley, malted wheat and flaked oats. Whirlpool hopped & double dry hopped with our hand selected Citra, Citra cryo, Sabro and Ekuanot cryo at 6.2% ABV.
Make note, Noteworth will be in the taproom Saturday, August 27 and liquor store shelves starting Tuesday, August 30. Check back Tuesday for the local delivery schedule.
When you find friends that also like crispy beers, you make a crispy beer with them! That’s just what we did with our buds over at La Doña Cervecería! We teamed up with them to create a Mexican Style Lager, because there’s no one in town better to team up with to make one.
Introducing La Crispy, a Mexican Style Lager brewed with pilsen malt, munich malt, flaked maize and agave nectar. Kettle hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh, Saphir, Triple Pearl and Citra cryo.
La Crispy will premiere in the taproom on 8/6 and will hit liquor stores starting 8/11. Check back here on Tuesday for the local delivery schedule.
Remember way back when we teamed up with Wallride to raise awareness about how much Gravity Sucks? Well, GRAVITY STILL SUCKS and we’ve teamed up with Wallride again to get the message out! It still prevents us from doing cool things like jumping over buildings like OG Superman, effortlessly landing laser flips, and it makes it more difficult to not spill your can of Gravity Still Sucks! while landing sick tricks.
Introducing Gravity Still Sucks! New England Double IPA brewed with 2-row barley, pale ale malt, malted oats and malted wheat. Hopped and double dry hopped with our hand selected Citra, Mosaic, Citra cryo, Mosaic cryo, Talus and Ekuanot Cryo. 8% ABV.
Gravity Still Sucks! will drop (thanks gravity) in the taproom on Saturday, August 6th, but that’s not all going on that day! We’ve teamed up with our good friends and video game making wizards at Wallride Games to throw another HUGE skateboarding event, video game release, beer release, and back alley party! So, come party and give a big 🖕 to gravity.
