Looking for a unique experience in our hip and art-focused event space for your next party? Check out Modist’s several private event spaces! Our space makes a great home to anything from a social hour with coworkers, to a large-scale private event. We’re happy to offer the following event space options:
The NEW Event Space – NOW BOOKING

Uses: Corporate events, dog weddings, retirement celebrations, beer nerd gatherings, silent discos, hen party, movie premiers, album release parties, cannabis educational course, presidential candidate announcements, Off-site planning meeting, the launch of your new podcast, book signings, breaking the record for most high fives in an hour, and just about anything else you could imagine.
Capacity: 120
Features: A private street entrance, ADA accessible, a private bar, a mezzanine, stylish decor, floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the brewhouse, one-of-a-kind murals, A/V equipment (projector, screen, microphones, etc), and more
Reserve the lounge
Uses: Hosting a happy hour, Bachelorette Party, baby shower, birthday party, hand puppet meet up, handheld lan party, networking event, pre-sports game gathering, Tamagotchi mini convention, grooms party, birthday party and just about anything else you could do with up to 30 people
Capacity: 15 seated // 30 standing
Features: Tables, couch, chairs, donut vending machine, 4 ft table for snacks, gifts, half wall dividing the space from the rest of the taproom, etc. The lounge can be reserved any time we’re open, contact for details.
Party in the back:
*TAKING RESERVATIONS BEGINNING 8/1*
Uses: Wedding receptions, private catered dinners, fundraisers, makers markets, art classes, four square tournaments, break dancing, roller skating, going away parties, team reveal parties, big gay carnivals, face painting festival, and probably other things
Capacity: COMING SOON
Features: Access to a private bar service, cocktail tables, and access to A/V equipment, murals, working at a brewery vibes
Rent out the whole damn taproom:
Uses: Anniversary parties, rap battles, drum & guitar shows/markets, disco dance parties, metal shows, fashion shows, weddings, app releases, after parties, start-up launch celebrations, family reunions, drag shows, and all the other things that you would want to do
Capacity: 130 seated // 200+ standing (includes patio)
Features: 3000+ sq ft taproom, access to A/V equipment, a bunch of tap lines, tables, chairs, cool lights, huge murals, ample space. This option is only available on Sundays, Monday and Tuesday evenings beginning at 4 PM. We are currently not taking reservation for taproom rental events further than 6 months into the future.
