Introducing BITE SIZE, a pastry stout you don’t have to share!
BITE SIZE is a 6.7% Pastry Stout brewed w/ pale, wheat, crystal, roasted chocolate malts, Ghana cacao nibs & Madagascar vanilla beans. It’s so good that even your evil lookin’ chatter teeth won’t be able to resist (we’ve all got some, don’t be embarrassed). Plus, you won’t have to hear Keigan tell you about the rise of Volkswagen from 1944 to 1948 when the company owed its post-war existence largely to one man, wartime British Army officer Major Ivan Hirst, REME.
BITE SIZE is releasing in the taproom on Saturday, September 28th and then making its way to your favorite liquor stores and water holes for a bit of an extended stay!
Are you stuck in a constant state of “is this real-life or just fantasy”? Us too, so we can’t help you. What we can do is attempt to blur the line even more. So we’ve teamed up with REM5 VR Labs from St. Louis Park, MN and local VR artist Sherstin Shwartz (Life of a Paintbrush) to make the WORLD’S FIRST (probably) virtual reality craft beer art experience.
Introducing Haptic, a virtually possible NE IPA brewed w/ 1100 GB of fluffy oat malt & smooth wheat malts, then dry-hopped with a drippy digital blend of Mosaic, Cryo Mosaic & Denali hops.
We’re showcasing the design and giving an early taste of the beer during our launch party at REM5 VR Lab on October 4th, from 6-10 pm. Check out the event here.
In addition to getting first dibs on this New England IPA, you’ll have the opportunity to step inside the design and watch the can come to life in a variety of 3-dimensional, interactive VR experiences. There will also be plenty of VR pods reserved for VR’s hottest titles including Beat Saber and Space Pirate Trainer, plus prizes for high scores in each game. Have you heard about this brand new CBD thing? Well, we love it. And we also love Dreamyard… and we also love the hops that are in Dreamyard… and we also love partnering with fellow North Loop innovators… and we also love combining things that we love. Introducing Dream Oil, an all-Minnesota CBD tincture that features a hop infusion from Dreamyard created in partnership with Stigma Hemp.
“The CBD product that we’ve created with Modist is truly the first of its kind,” said Josh Maslowski, founder of Stigma. “Collaborating with one of Minnesota’s most innovative microbreweries made this project a lot of fun and we can’t wait to share it with people who are turning to CBD for relief.”
“We’re excited to collaborate with one of our North Loop neighbors and showcase the flavor profile from our most popular beer in a completely new form,” said Erik Johnsen, Brewery Development Director at Modist Brewing.
The Stigma/Modist Dream Oil is a hop-infused, non-alcoholic tincture that is proudly Minnesotan from top to bottom. “It was important to us that we showcase an entire supply chain of Minnesota companies,” said Maslowski. “From the growing to the production to the testing, it’s all happening in Minnesota.” Other companies involved in the making of Dream Oil include Budding Acres, Hemp Acres, and BZ Sciences.
Dream Oil will be making its debut as a 500mg 1oz. tincture on September 26th right here at the brewery and will be available for sale at both the Stigma’s showroom and here at the taproom in October.

Shook is back but this time with an uppercut of Raspberry. With nearly 2000lbs of fresh raspberries, you’ll instinctively attempt to pick seeds out of your mouth hole. It’s a 7.3% Milkshake IPA dry-hopped with Cryo Mosaic & Strata hops, vanilla beans, milk sugar, and a ton of raspberries.
Shook Raspberry will release in the taproom on Saturday, September 14th and roll out to liquor stores the following Monday, September 16th. Check back here on the 16th for the full delivery details.
