NOW DELIVERING BEER TO YOU, but like, we’ll keep our social distance. Starting today, we will be delivering beer to those who live in the mapped out zone (pictured). Orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered the same day during the delivery window (listed below). Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered during the next day’s delivery window. There must be a 21+ person home to accept delivery during the delivery window. Delivery windows are as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 4 – 8 PM
Friday: 12 – 6 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 12 – 4 PM
Please give us any necessary delivery instructions in the notes.
We are still fulfilling pickup orders and they’re ready faster than you can say “please don’t let my beer make direct contact with your skin.” We have reserved parking spots for curbside pickup near our patio (kinda where the food trucks used to be back before the whole got damn world went to hell). Feel free to use those and call us when you’re here!
There’s a lotta junk going on IRL right now, but let’s not forget about all the junk floating out in space: satellites, alien spaceships, stupid billboards, cybertrucks, and who knows what else. And now, for the first time ever, you can clean up a little Space Junk (our series of Cream IPAs) at local liquor stores AND for a limited time on Tavour!
Space Junk is a Double Dry Hopped Cream IPA w/ an orbiting mix of oats, wheat malt & creamy milk sugar, and double dry hopped w/ Citra, Galaxy & Strata. All while sitting at 6.2% ABV. Hitting the taproom (crowlers to-go & delivery) on Saturday, March 28th and then hitting retail on Monday, March 30th. Full retail delivery schedule will be posted here on Monday.
Times are rough out here, especially for the small breweries of the quarantined world. That’s why we’re calling for your support. This week alone 100,000,000 less beers were poured out of taps around the state*. Brewery employees fear losing their jobs everyday, if they haven’t lost them already. Fuck Covid-19. Use the internet today and order some beer to-go from your favorite breweries. Support your community by shopping local and supporting local beer. By supporting your local breweries you’re supporting jobs, families, and small businesses – the trifecta of the American backbone. Head to the internet spot in the video to find a brewery to support near you.
Oh also: we will be offering LOCAL DELIVERY BEGINNING ON FRIDAY, MARCH 27TH. Stay tuned to wherever you get your Modist Brewing news for us to introduce you to our army of post-apocalyptic moped delivery drivers. Peace, love, and for the love of people #STAYTHEFUCKHOME (except to buy beer from your local breweries and food from local restaurants).
We gotta keep everyone safe and shit so, with that said, we will be closing the taproom and only offering beer to go. THE GOOD NEWS is that, as things get more difficult, we’ll be making it easier to pick up beer to go by offering 2 dedicated parking spots right next to the patio so you don’t have to fight North Loop parking… You can order online (where you can choose a pick-up time) or simply walk into our front door during our updated hours of business.
You can also help support us by purchasing beer directly from our retail partners (map listed below), and by continuing to support our restaurant partners by grabbing takeout. Now more than ever, it’s important to support our local businesses.
If you’re looking to help support us, but beer isn’t quite your thing, we’ll still be fulfilling all online merchandise orders! From shirts to hats, to gloves and bandanas, and everything in between. You could even purchase a gift card for future beer or merch purchases!
We love you all and want you to stay safe so that we can throw a huge anniversary/end of quarantine party once this is all over.

We care about your health and safety, so we are stepping up a few things in the taproom to help keep you safe:
Cleaning and Sanitizing has increased in our taproom as well as in our production facility.
We’re asking our taproom staff to clean table and bar top surfaces and chairs after each guest and taking additional steps to equip them with extra cleaning and personal safety supplies.
To provide our taproom patrons with extra space, we will be strictly enforcing our taproom’s capacity and removing some taproom furniture to support social distancing.
We’ve instructed our taproom staff to remain at home if they experience flu like symptoms.
Beer Tastings are temporarily canceled.
Cups for water will now be available behind the counter.
Handwashing is cool. We’d love it if you washed your hands too.
The Modist Safety Committee™ is closely monitoring this ongoing national health emergency. The taproom is open regular hours to give you a safe space to enjoy our beer. Thanks for continuing to support us during this confusing time!
