Some things in life are Unending. Like winters in Minnesota (it’s only December?!), the nine to five grind, and Vienna lagers. One of those sounds much more enjoyable than the others. We thought so too so we decided to take a crack at the classic style that we all know and love for the first time in Modist history!
Introducing Unending, a Vienna Lager brewed with German Vienna and Munich Malts then kettle hopped with German Hallertau Mittelfruh and fermented with our house lager yeast, then lagered & aged in our oak foeders for 4 weeks.
Unending will be released in the taproom on Saturday, December 24th and will begin to make its way to liquor stores on Tuesday, December 27th. Check back here on the 27th for the local delivery schedule.
