ABOUT

Deviant Minds

Deviant Minds is an LGBTQIA+ community with the goal of creating a collaborative network of queer-identifying individuals and creatives across the hospitality industries. We strive to build and cultivate a sense of belonging, identity, and worth in the industries where being openly queer in the workplace can be met with additional hardships. All this while continuously giving back to the LGBTQIA+ community for a more equitable future.

Emerald Eve, The Gem of Burlesque

A Twin cities based performer and member of The Vigilantease Collective, Emerald Eve heel clicked her way into the burlesque scene by winning the Nudie Nubies’ 2017 Ultimate Reveal Championship. While she may be pocket sized and compact, this fierce femme feminist is bursting through the patriarchy with her colorful personality and energetic performances.

Both the creator and producer of Bi-lesque, Emerald utilizes entertaining activism to promote bi-visibility, eliminate bierasure and biphobia, and fundraise for a local non profit: Bisexual Organizing Project. She is the gem of burlesque: Emerald Eve!

DTF in the Emerald City Bio (Duet)

Del the Funky Homosexual and Emerald Eve have joined forces to conjure up some unapologetically queer MAGIC. After meeting as members of The Vigilantease Collective, this pair found a heart for artivism and bold change-making in one another. Out of their combined passion comes stories intended to influence hearts and minds for good. Known for their energetically bold choreography and undeniable chemistry, they’ll show you what it means to play with fire. Don’t miss your favorite delectable duo! They’re tiny, delicious and seductively vicious.

Avenues supports youth ages 16-24 in Hennepin County. Whether a young person needs someplace to stay for just one night, or a year and a half, Avenues empowers youth to find their path out of homelessness. We do that by providing a stable home, building trusting relationships, and navigating the youth’s education, career, health and wellness and housing goals.

Oasis For Youth

The trusted resource committed to elevating youth (ages 16-24) in their community. Oasis for Youth opens the door to housing, employment, education, and wellness for youth facing homelessness in the southern suburbs.

Blue Collar Supper Club

BCSC invites queer people to slow down, eat up, and connect through fun and approachable dining so they can feel seen, valued, and cared for. BCSC creates authentically welcoming environments that lower the stakes it takes to meet new people and build strong relationships. Clubs are designed with a queer experience in mind to instill confidence, resilience, and belonging in each person who takes a seat around our table.
