Life sure can be tough sometimes, but luckily at Modist Brewing those dark times never last very long, because we are fortunate to have a blinding light of pure goodness that shines through the most difficult of times & turns even the darkest day into a positive ray of light. What is our secret, you might ask? The Star Boy, of course! 

Many of you know Star Boy as the “Doctor of Good Times” (because it says that on his business cards). The good doctor has been prescribing good times for the last six years here at Modist Brewing, and to celebrate, Star Boy asked to make his very own beer, and you’re damn right we said yes. Cheers, Lance, to another six years, and hopefully another six years, and definitely another six more after that, ok you get the point we want him shining bright here forever!

Introducing Stars & Swooshes, a doctor-made and prescribed New England IPA w/ pale malt, malted oats, wheat malt, and milk sugar, hopped & double dry hopped w/ Citra, Luminosa, Nelson Sauvin & Cryo Sabro. A beer so good it will brighten up your day, just like our Star Boy does for everyone around him.
