Some lamps have never been told “I love lamp” and it shows. Make sure to tell your lamp you love it more. It gives you light in the darkness and extra light in the not-so-darkness.

Introducing Sad Lamp, a Hazy IPA with malted barley, flaked oats, wheat malt, Phantasm, hopped & dry hopped with Motueka & Nelson Sauvin then fermented with thiolized yeast.

What’s thiolized yeast? Thiolized yeast enhances flavor compounds found in malt and hops to unleash thiols (flavor and aroma compounds reminiscent of grapefruit, passion fruit, and guava) during fermentation. Learn more about thiolized yeast here. Like a lot more.

What’s Phantasm? Derived from the legendary Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc Grapes, Phantasm is a Thiol precursor powder that in the right fermentation conditions will unlock large amounts of free thiols bringing tropical, passionfruit aromas to your beer.
