Our best buds from New York City, Other Half, are turning 10! So we’re helping celebrate Minnesota style. Hotdish! We considered sending them a cake but that felt passe. Hopefully, the Hotdish survives the shipping. As a backup, we also rebrewed our collab with them and pumped it up to 10 by triple dry-hopping it. We hope that the hotdish made it safe and sound.
Introducing the Other Half 10YR Anniversary Edition Tater Tot Hotdish, a TDH Double IPA w/ 2-row barley, malted wheat, malted oats, pale ale, flaked oats, flaked rye, hopped & triple dry hopped w/ Citra Cryo, Idaho 7, Luminosa, Citra, Mosaic, Strata & Nelson Sauvin.
Tater Tot Hotdish will be available in the taproom starting Saturday, January 27, and will go out to stores starting Tuesday, January 30.
