Is it simply the dials on your watch? Or something completely devoid of meaning, but a construct built to control the masses?
Introducing the next in the series, the NEW Half Believing Time, our Fruited Berliner Weisse brewed with malted wheat, malted barley, flaked oats, then conditioned on apricot, Cara Cara orange, tart cherry, toasted coconut, almonds, milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans. While our belief in time is relative, the 5.6% ABV is fully believable.
Half Believing Time will be released in the taproom on Saturday, August 7th and will begin to make its way to retail on Tuesday, August 10th. Check back here on August 10th for the local delivery schedule.
