Deepening

We’ve explored the Depth of flavors a stout can have without adjuncts before but we need to go deeper. Deeper like into the depths of the Mariana’s Trench. So deep, when everyone tastes it they go “Wow, that’s deep”. But not like a profound statement about not being sad. Deep like Brendan Frasier in “Journey to the Center of the Earth”.

Introducing Deepening, an Imperial Stout w/ Vienna malt, Golden Promise malt, crystal malt & chocolate malts then long boiled for 12 hours. Barrel-aged for 28 months in select Full Proof 1792 Bourbon barrels.

Deepening will be available in the taproom in 500 mL bottles and on draft on Saturday, December 16.
