Our answer to an Octoberfest beer. It's a crispy malty German festbier meets an aggresively hopped American IPA. We use a German water profile, malt, hops, and yeast, then use hopping rates and techniques similar to an American IPA.

Astronautalis 11º Czech-Style Lager
Astronautalis 11° a super crisp Czech-Style Lager! Fermented in one of our oak foeders and designed to be bright and crisp like the world famous beers of Bohemia. It's brewed with a little plum as a nod to the homemade Slivovice of Moravia, and labeled in the traditional Czech degree system of beer classification.
High Art IPA
a NE Rice IPA brewed with brown rice, oats, and MN red wheat, then hopped with Cryo Mosaic, Strata, and Idaho 7. Not only is this a new take on an IPA, with 45% of the malt bill being brown rice (and yet another beer that’s made without barley).
Pinocchio Bones Italian Style Pilsner
He had no strings to hold him down so he overindulged and couldn't handle the pressure and died. Pinocchio Bones. An Italian style Pilsner fermented and lagered in one of our oak foeders. Brewed with Italian Eraclea malt, Lotus hops, and dry hopped with Huell Mellon, Pinocchio Bones is a real crispy boy with faint notes of honeydew, oak, vanilla, and almond. Sitting at a mere 4.5% abv, it's a super clean drinkable Pilsner that's perfect for this spring weather, or summer weather, or fall weather, or winter weather. Jiminy crickets what a crusher.

ICYMI, BT (Barrel Theory) came by our house to brew some beer. Low and behold, we made some beer. A beer in the style of an IPA. A DDH DIPA, 2B exact. In order to make this beer a whole lotta special, we hopped it with Citra Cryo, Galaxy, Mosaic Cryo, and Strata hops. We also added a little something known as Turbinado Sugar.
Created in partnership with Parlour Bar, Boozehound is a Brewed Spirit that is made from a bourbon mash that’s then brewed and fermented as a beer, aged in bourbon barrels, and then served as an Old Fashioned.
Inspired by the classic "Blue Hawaii" Tiki cocktail, this Tiki Style DIPA brewed w/ pineapple, tangerine, coconut, milk sugar, and raw cane sugar. Dry Hopped with Denali and cryo Sabro to amplify the tropical pineapple and coconut aromas and flavors. It's blue.
