Get In Where You Fit In – International Women’s Day

The badass women of both Modist & Arbeiter got together at our place and at Arbeiter to create two special beers to celebrate International Women’s Day. Led here at Modist by our very own Bri, she crafted and designed her first beer from start to finish. Introducing Get In Where You Fit In, a celebration of the women, nonbinary, & femme folx (especially BIPOC) that didn’t wait for an invite, but instead found their own way in and took up space. They didn’t only push themselves into something that might not have been made for them, but got in and made it their own while using their found space to propel others to do the same. Fuck yeah, Bri, fuck yeah, Kate at Arbeiter, and a big FUCK YES to all of the women, nonbinary, & femme folx making the beer industry a more inclusive and more diverse place.

Introducing Get In Where You Fit In: a Hibiscus Lemon Gose brewed with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner & wheat malts, kettle soured & conditioned on hibiscus, dried lemon, coriander & Himalayan sea salt.

A portion of the proceeds of this beer will be donated to Haven Housing to support their effort to provide stable housing for women and children in need of emergency shelter and supportive housing.

Get In Where You Fit In will be released in the taproom on Saturday, March 4th.
