Loons Among Lady Slippers

Our aviary friends from California, Horus Aged Ales, stopped by a couple of years ago. So we gave them the full Minnesota experience. After we finished brewing up a stout that boiled for 12 hours when Horus was trying to leave Flavor Overlord Keigan continued to talk to them for hours so they could experience a true Minnesota goodbye. To honor Horus Aged Ales getting to know our culture we named it after a couple of Minnesota icons.

Introducing Loons Among Lady Slippers, an Imperial Stout collab made with Horus Aged Ales with Maris Otter malt, caramel malt, and chocolate malts, boiled for 12 hrs, barrel-aged for 30 months in select Willett Reserve Bourbon barrels, aged on coconut, Congo & Indonesian vanilla beans.

Loons Among Lady Slippers will be available online to reserve at 10 am Central on Saturday, April 20, and will be on tap at Modist Party 8. Limit 3 bottles per person.
