A common misconception is that we use hops in our Liquid Crystals series of IPAs. Flavor Overlord Keigan hand squeezes crystals himself to get the juiciest, dankest tasting IPAS. And he’s been in his lab squeezing crystals for months and we finally have enough juice to make a beer from his hard work. His forearms are huge now too.
Reintroducing Liquid Mosaic Crystals, a New England IPA w/ flaked oats, Golden Promise barley, hopped & double dry hopped w/ our hand-selected Mosaic & Cryo Mosaic.
Liquid Mosaic Crystals will be available in the taproom starting Saturday, January 13, and going out to stores starting Tuesday, January 16.
