Here’s Something For You. It’s something to enjoy, cherish, sip on, and go “Oh, damn!”. It’s tart, refreshing, funky, and delicious. It’s unique, elegant, fun, and craft as fuck. It’s Something For You.

Something For You is our very first mixed-fermentation beer. What is mixed-fermentation beer? For us, it’s an expression of the malt, hops, wild yeast, oak, and time.

One day our brewer Erik asked if we could launch a mixed-fermentation program and we thought it sounded craft as fuck so we said fuck yeah. Erik has a background in the sour and funk and most importantly has a passion for it so it was a perfect fit at the perfect time for it.

Introducing Something For You, a Saison Brewed with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, Red Wheat Malt, Spelt Malt, Triticale Flakes, hopped with Hallertauer Hersbrucker and Bravo, fermented with a hybrid blend of saison yeasts, aged in white wine barrels with Brettanomyces for 5 months then bottle conditioned 2.5 months. With notes of white grape, white pepper, passion fruit, hay, and citrus grove funk and highly carbonated with a very dry finish.

Something For You will be available in the taproom starting Saturday, November 18 in 750 mL bottles available to go or to drink in the taproom.
