NOLO Clean Up and Brewery Crawl

You know what’s lame? Litter bugs. You know what’s cool? Helping the planet and our community by picking up trash and leaving the North Loop sparkling and clean. Join us on May 22nd from 12-3pm for a self-guided clean up of the neighborhood (10th to 5th and 5th to Washington). If saving the planet isn’t incentive enough, we (along with Fulton and Inbound) will be rewarding you for your hard work! We will be offering participants 50% off a beer, Inbound will also be offering 50% off a beer, and Fulton will be offering 50% off food!

What : Neighborhood Clean Up – North Loop
Where : See map – A self guided, walking route between 5th st and Washington and 10th and 5th ave. Purple route is about a mile and hits all 3 taprooms. The green paths are streets within the neighborhood that may need a little TLC as well.
When : Start anytime you’d like between 12pm and 3pm. Walk at your own pace and come by each location for rewarding discounts

Where do I get materials?
Stop by Inbound to pick up your free garbage bag, gloves and wristband. Modist and Fulton will also have resupply materials.
Where do I walk?
Anywhere you wish around the North Loop neighborhood. The map shows a recommended route with sidewalks. Please be aware of traffic and personal safety and comfort. This clean up is self guided.
What do I do?
Safely pick up trash, refuse, litter. Use gloves for handling and bags for disposal. Avoid handling glass and other sharp things. Alert the manager at any location if you notice something hazardous that needs to be removed. Stop by Modist and Fulton. They will dispose of your trash bags and get you resupplied if needed and you will get your reward.
What do I get?
Inbound and Modist are offering 50% drinks for clean up crawlers. Fulton is offering 50% off a kitchen food item. Show your wristband to your bartender.
What if…?
Can’t make it? No big deal.
I have kids? Awesome! Bring them along! Our taprooms welcome children, please help them remain respectful and responsible throughout the crawl.
I have my own clean up materials? Bring them along! We are offering free equipment (bags and gloves) courtesy of the North Loop Neighborhood Association and Corner Coffee (???) but feel free to bring poke sticks, grabbers, gloves, anything to make your clean more enjoyable.
It rains? Feel free to still walk and clean up as weather permits. We still have materials available that day for anyone who would like them. If weather is really stormy (like it has been this past week!) We will send out a rain reschedule day via email.
