We’ve teamed up with our good friends over at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park to create bowling’s (and not bowling’s) new bff. We took several bowling pins, smashed them into little flour sized shards with our hammer mill, boiled them in the hot liquor tank to extract all those delicious sugars, squeezed out all the flavornoids with our mash filter, fermented it and hopped it, threw it in some kegs and called it a day. Jk, we did make a bowling themed beer with them though.
Introducing ǝɥ⊥ Gold Pin, our Extra Golden Pale brewed with 2 row barley, premium pilsner barley malt, Vienna malt & malted wheat. Kettle hopped with our hand-selected Citra hops then fermented and conditioned cold to maximize extra refreshment. It’s also only 5% abv to ensure your bowling game is at whatever peak performance means to you while drinking beer.
