Are dogs allowed in the taproom?
Absolutely! All well-behaved doggos are welcomed both in the taproom and on the patio. We’ll even boop some snouts, gently, if you let us!
Is outside food allowed?
Of course! We’ve even got some handy-dandy menus at the tables showing a few local options within blocks from the brewery.
Is there a food truck there tonight?
Depends on when you’re reading this, but head on over to our events calendar and take a look. Any time we have a food truck, it should be reflected on the calendar.
Do you sell/fill growlers?
As of right now, we do not fill or sell growlers. We do, however, have some crowlers (750 ml cans) and 4-packs 16 oz cans available. MN law states, however, that you can only purchase two 4-packs per person, but multiple people can purchase those 4-packs in one transaction. We’ll just need your name(s) and location.
Can I reserve a table/do you take reservations?
You don’t need a reservation to join us in the taproom, but we can occasionally hold a table for larger groups. All you need to do is shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate you: email@example.com. If you’re planning on having a decent-sized gathering at Modist, or if you’re looking to do something special, we do have some options for you.
I want to host an event at Modist, how do I do that?
Easy-peasy. Check out our Host an Event page on our website, fill out the form, and our Events Manager will reach out to you.
Can I take some wedding or engagement photos at Modist?
Cuuuuuuuuute! Yes, yes, a million times yes! Shoot an email to our Events Manager and let’s plan this thing out! There will be a $25 fee to accommodate.
What do I do if I forgot my credit card or lost an item?
Either shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), hit us with a DM on any of our social medias (@modistbrewing), give us a call when the taproom is open (612.454.0258), or simply swing back in and we’ll check to see if we have it.
Are you open before Twins home games?
Toats! We’re open 2 hours before all Twins home games.
Where do I park when I come to your taproom?
Great question! During the week, there is usually ample street parking (don’t forget to pay the meter), but on busy days there is a parking ramp across the street.
Do you have an email thing I can subscribe to?

Why won’t you ship beer to me?
Cuz the government won’t let us legally ship beer. 🤷♀️ Sorry.
Do you ship merch?
Yes, we like selling items to people who want them. Swing over to our online store and check out what we’ve currently got available.
Do you allow kids in the taproom?
Small human children are absolutely welcome in the taproom.
Do you have any N/A or gluten-free options?
Simple answer, YES. Less simple answer, we’ve got soda, switchel, sparkling flavored water, and sometimes we even have a gluten-free option on tap; check out our current tap list for more information.
