Tullibee at Hewing Hotel is excited to host a six course Beer vs. Wine Dinner. The menu is highlighted by pan seared scallops, uni ancient grain and maze risotto, beer veronique and port wine braised short rib, beer vinaigrette glazed baby root vegetables.
Each course will be paired with a 2oz pour of beer from Modist Brewing Company and a 2oz pour of wine from Rootstock Wine Company.
Reception starts at 5:30pm in our lounge with dinner beginning at 6pm in the dining room. Last course will be served by 8pm.
