Under the culinary direction of Ian Gray, The Smoking Cow is a locally sourced food truck that prides itself on the strong relationships it has created with local farmers and purveyors. The Smoking Cow team began food trucking in 2014 with the launch of The Curious Goat, a food trailer partnered up with local brewery Sociable Cider Werks and known for its Goat Cheese Curds and Goat Burger. The Smoking Cow hit the streets in May of 2016, and is making its rounds at various Minneapolis breweries. The name stemming from a close relationship with the amazing farm that provides their beef products (Peterson Craftsmen Meats), The Smoking Cow features many of your classic favorites with a local, chef driven twist.
