Modist Beer dinner with chef Obediah Oconnor at The Bad Waitress NE.

This event will feature a 4-course 5-beer dinner with pairings by Modist Brewing. Each course will be discussed by Obediah and Modist’s brew team. Guests will receive gifts from Modist upon arrival. We will start the evening with one welcome beer and then will continue with your dinner. The courses are as follows:

1st Course: Beet Tartare – Cashew truffle cream, mustard aioli, caper berries, baguette.

2nd Course: Poutine – 3 cheese gratin, béchamel, fried sunny egg, pickled red onion, fennel.

3rd Course: Chicken and Waffle- Roasted half chicken, bourbon-pickled jalapeno-corn waffle, fire roasted poblano gravy.

4th Course: Horchata panna cotta with a gooey chocolate chip cookie.
