Tullibee at the Hewing Hotel is excited to host a six course Beer vs. Wine dinner.
The menu is highlighted by:
Pan seared scallops, uni ancient grain and maze risotto, beer veronique, Port wine braised short rib, beer vinaigrette glazed baby root vegetables
Each course will be paired with beer from Modest Brewery and wine from Rootstock Wine Company.
Reception starts at 5:30 in our lounge with dinner beginning at 6pm in the dining room.
